The campers aim to draw attention towards the political and economic approach world wide to solving climate issues at the Copenhagen conference. Whether or not will the Copenhagen Conference solve the climate crisis is a question yet to be answered. However, the several protesting groups like Camp for Climate Action have negated all hopes and plan to take the Conference over for a day on the 16th of December and turn it into a 'People's Summit for Climate Justice'.
